BGSC Registration & Forms (You will need to scroll down)

Dear BGSC swimmers/divers and families:

It is now time to register for the 2008 spring/summer season. The fee schedule, group descriptions, practice schedule and other forms can be found below.

Pre-Registration Discount Qualifications: The **d forms below must be received by the pre-registration dates (bring to practice or postmarked by to PO Box 793, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402). See form #2 below for the dates. In addition, all outstanding winter fees need to be paid in full by the beginning of the summer session (June 2).

Spring/Summer may be paid for in 2 installments , one due April 20th (or with registration) and one due May 30, 2008. Payment may be made as a lump sum, or in two payments. OR you can set up BGSC as an automatic payment if you do online banking!

New for 2008: BGSC members are NOT required to purchase a City Park pool membership. You have the option to purchase one, but it is now separate from the swim club.
